Holliday Catch-up

Well I've filled you in up to last Thursday. Here is a bit more. Friday morning Gramo left for a bowling tournament in Abbotsford. After she was gone I headed over to my mom's for some quality ime with her. We visited at her house for a bit then went to see my sister Mandy and her baby Cameron. He is five months old and thriving. After that visit We went to downtown Duncan and stopped in at my friend Amy's work. She enjoyed meeting Lizzy until my mom stole her and wandered down the block. Apparently my sister in law Christine works a few doors from Amy now so we stopped in to see her next. We had to meet my sister Kim at a bank next so those visits were brief. Mom and Kim took about an hour at the bank and I spent the time introducing Lizzy to everyone in the waiting room. I knew one of the ladies, Wendy, who worked there so she also got to meet Lizzy. I finally realized that I could have just left Kim to drive my mom home since she had her truck there just as they finished up. Oh well. I dropped mom off at her house and rushed back to Gramo's for a quick dinner before heading out for some more visiting. It was actually more Lizzy's dinner then mine since she started demanding her food while I still had 5km to go. It was a noisey couple of minutes.
We ended up being a couple of minutes late getting to Charlie and Sandie's house but that was due more to me missing the turn then from leaving late. Charlie had the magic touch and Lizzy melted in his arms. We had a great visit, about three hours, then I went "home" and crashed.
