Head Cold

Since early yesterday afternoon I have been experiancing an interesting phenominan. My hed has been cold. On Tuesday night I made a challenge for myself. The deal was if I gave in to my Trichotillomania OCD before Wednesday's councelling appointment I would have to shave my head. So yesterday after lunch I stood facing the mirror with scizors in hand. It was drastic but I actually like it more then I expected. My head is chilly though. Patrick was stunned when he came home and saw me without any hair. I have often said that if a dye job or hair cut went terribly I would shave it all off and start from scratch, so this time I didn't wait for the bad hair.
